A: Lash extensions are PBT ( Polybutylene Terephthalate) synthetic fibers made to look like a natural eyelash. They are individually applied to each natural lash, thickening and or lengthening in order to enhance the eye.

A: Yes! Washing your lashes daily will give your extensions the best chance at good retention.

A: Lash extensions last any where from 2-3 weeks depending on how well you follow aftercare and the speed of your natural lash cycle

A: Fills are recommended to be booked between 14-21 days. On average we lose 2-5 eyelashes per day. If you have 150 lashes per eye and lose 5 lashes daily by two to three weeks you will have lost 50% of your lash extensions. Along with shedding your lashes are also growing. Which means that the extension that was originally placed at the base of the natural lash has potentially grown to the tip. In order for the grown out extensions to not cause stress on the natural lash it must be removed during the fill and replaced with a new one.

A: No! putting mascara on your extensions will lead to poor retention. it may create build up at the lash line that can trap dirt, oil and dead skin which can lead to a possible infection. it will also close any volume fans which will make them clumpy and hard to comb through. If you feel you need to add more to your lashes ask your artist and discuss different styles!

A: Yes! A daily cleanse on your lashes will prevent the build up of bacteria and allow the extensions to stay weightless and fluffy! Washing them after your appointment will also help break down the fumes from the glue and prevent irritation. A: It is suggested that you remove contacts prior to your appointment to ensure your eyes have as little irritation as possible.

A: Lash services last any where from 1-3 hours. So wear something comfy and cozy! Most people take lash naps during their appointment so feel free to bring headphones and wind down. We do our best work when you're still and relaxed.

A: We ask that the eye area is clean upon arrival to your lash service. Lashes don't stick to dirty lashes so please come with make up free! If you wear eye make up to your appointment we may have to spend part of the fill service washing the extensions. more time cleaning means less time lashing!

A: When applied properly, no! When each natural lash is isolated and an extension is applied the lash is able to move and grow freely without causing any damage!
