STRICT NO SHOW + CANCELLATION POLICY
Not showing up to an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the missed service.
If a client has not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment it will be considered a "no show" and will be charged accordingly.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice before an appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancelling or rescheduling 6 hours before an appointment will be considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
